This master’s programme is intended for students who wish to combine knowledge and insights in Physics, Chemistry, Cell Biology or Molecular Biology. The programme gives you the opportunity to conduct fundamental or applied multidisciplinary research. You will focus on one of three possible tracks, each of which represents a combination of several areas of research.

You will be able to expand your theoretical knowledge in the chosen field and you will develop practical research skills. The RUN offers different variants of this programme. The research variant will prepare you for the task of conducting scientific research. The Communication variant will train you for a position in journalism or communication. The Education variant is a teacher training course. You can combine the Communication and Education variant, or you can choose the Management- and application variant which will prepare you for a position in management, business or industry.

Toelatingseisen

The Radboud Universiteit Nijmegen expects applicants to meet the following requirements:

University (wo)
BSc in Natural Sciences
BSc in Chemistry or Physics, depending on the curriculum of your Bachelor’s programme.

Institute of higher education (hbo)
In principle, the course is not open to applicants holding a HBO degree.
Ask the university about exact admission requirements.
