Get a taste of Security Studies

Terrorism, cybercrime, natural disasters and other issues affect the security and safety of millions of people every day. In the bachelor’s programme Security Studies, you will learn to understand these security challenges by looking at the political, historical, and social context in which they appear. You will also explore how governments, institutions, and the media influence responses to these issues. This programme helps you develop an academic perspective and the skills to think critically about complex security problems.
